Last updated: 16 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AMI handles personal data and information you provide while using the app.
1. Who we are
AMI is operated by JAKOVLEV CAPITAL SIA, VAT No. LV44103016716, Kupriču iela 1E - 93, Rīga, LV-1021, Latvia.
Privacy and support contact: support@carriertrust.eu
2. What data AMI processes
Account data. When you sign in with Apple, AMI receives the account identifier and information Apple makes available, which may include your name and email address.
Notes and memories. Text that you explicitly ask AMI to save is stored with your AMI account so it can be retrieved and managed later.
Reminders. AMI stores reminder text, date and time, recurrence settings, status and related technical identifiers needed to deliver and manage reminders.
Voice and AI content. When you speak with AMI, your voice and related conversation content are transmitted for AI processing so AMI can understand and respond to your requests.
Images. Photos attached to reminders are stored locally on your device. When you explicitly use an AI feature involving an image, that image may be transmitted for AI processing.
Credits and purchases. AMI stores your credit balance and technical records related to credit purchases and usage. Apple processes App Store payments.
3. How AMI uses your data
We use your information to provide and maintain your AMI account, save and retrieve notes and reminders, deliver reminder functionality, and keep your settings and Credits connected to your account.
Voice, text and images submitted to AI features are processed only as needed to understand your request, generate a response, or perform an action you requested.
Technical and purchase-related information may also be used to verify transactions, calculate Credits usage, maintain service security, prevent misuse and troubleshoot technical problems.
4. Service providers
Apple provides Sign in with Apple and processes App Store purchases.
Supabase provides authentication, database and backend infrastructure used to operate AMI and store account-related data.
OpenAI processes voice, text and images submitted to AMI AI features in order to understand requests and generate responses.
Railway provides backend infrastructure used for parts of AMI realtime service operation and usage processing.
5. Data retention and deletion
Account-related information is retained while your AMI account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve technical issues and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Notes that you delete are removed from your active notes and are marked as deleted in the AMI backend. They may remain stored as deleted records until your account data is permanently removed.
Photos attached to reminders are stored locally on your device. Local files may remain until they are removed from the app data or the app is uninstalled.
Certain transaction or accounting records may be retained where required by applicable law.
6. Legal bases for processing
We process personal data as necessary to provide AMI and perform our agreement with you, including account access, AI features, notes, reminders and Credits.
We may process limited technical and service information for our legitimate interests in maintaining security, preventing misuse, supporting users and improving service reliability.
We process information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, including applicable transaction, accounting and regulatory requirements. Where applicable law requires consent for specific processing, we rely on your consent.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to certain processing.
To exercise your privacy rights, contact us at support@carriertrust.eu. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
8. International data transfers
Some service providers used by AMI may process personal data outside Latvia or the European Economic Area. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are used for such transfers.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children
AMI is not directed to children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data to AMI without appropriate authorisation, please contact us so we can review and address the situation.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when AMI, our service providers or applicable legal requirements change. The updated date shown at the top of this policy indicates the latest revision.
