1. Agreement

By accessing or using AMI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use AMI.

AMI is provided by JAKOVLEV CAPITAL SIA, VAT No. LV44103016716, Kupriču iela 1E - 93, Rīga, LV-1021, Latvia.

2. The AMI service

AMI is an AI-powered personal assistant that may provide conversational AI, notes and memories, reminders, image-related features and other functionality made available through the app.

We may update, improve, add, remove or modify features as the service develops.

3. AI limitations

AMI uses artificial intelligence and may sometimes provide incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate responses. You should independently verify important information before relying on it.

AMI is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other qualified advice. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken based on information provided by AMI.

AI-generated responses should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth where accuracy, safety or professional judgment is important.

4. Reminders and notifications

AMI can create and present reminders and notifications based on your requests. You are responsible for checking that reminder details, including date, time and recurrence, are correct.

Delivery of reminders and notifications may depend on device settings, permissions, operating system behaviour and other technical conditions outside AMI control.

AMI should not be used as the only method for safety-critical, medical, emergency or other time-sensitive alerts where failure or delay could cause harm.

5. Credits and App Store purchases

Certain AI features use AMI Credits. Credits are consumable digital units and are deducted as eligible AI features are used. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between users.

Credit purchases made through the iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to applicable Apple purchase and payment terms.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled under Apple policies and applicable law. If a purchase is refunded or revoked, the related Credits or account balance may be adjusted accordingly.

6. Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity performed through your AMI account and for maintaining control of the device and Apple account used to access AMI.

You must not use AMI to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, abuse service resources or use AMI for fraudulent or malicious purposes.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect AMI, its users or the security and integrity of the service.

7. Intellectual property

AMI, including its software, interface, design, branding and related materials, is owned by or licensed to JAKOVLEV CAPITAL SIA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of AMI or its intellectual property to you.

You retain any rights you have in content that you provide to AMI. You permit us to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate and secure the service.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep AMI available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may make reasonable changes to AMI, including updates to features, functionality and technical requirements, as the service develops.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JAKOVLEV CAPITAL SIA is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by your misuse of AMI.

You are responsible for reviewing important AI responses, reminder details and actions before relying on them where an error or delay could have significant consequences.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Termination and account deletion

You may stop using AMI at any time and may request deletion of your AMI account.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, security concerns, legal requirements or misuse of the service.

Following account deletion, personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Certain records may be retained where required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the laws of your country of habitual residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when AMI, our services or applicable legal requirements change. The updated date shown at the top indicates the latest revision.
