Delete your account

You can permanently delete your AMI account directly in the iPhone app. This removes your account and associated personal data and cannot be undone.

Delete in the AMI app

Open AMI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Open Help & Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Review the warning and confirm Delete.

If you cannot access the app

Email AMI Support from the email connected to your AMI account. Use the subject “AMI Account Deletion” and state that you want the account permanently deleted. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

What is deleted

Your AMI account, notes, reminders, Credits history and associated account data are permanently removed from active AMI systems. Photos attached to reminders are stored locally on your device and can also be removed by deleting AMI app data or uninstalling the app.
